Plant cement foaming agent, is a kind of polymer synthetic cement foaming agent (and water dilution 1: 60), used for floor heating and insulation, roof insulation engineering and etc.
Plant cement foaming agent selects imported high quality natural plant polymer material as raw material and is generated through a series of complex chemical reactions. The product is a light yellow pure transparent oily liquid, not sensitive to hard water, non-toxic, tasteless, no precipitate. PH value is close to neutral, non corrosive to cement and metal, no pollution to the environment. The foaming agent has excellent foaming ability, rich foam and moderate foam stability. The foaming agent should be sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse at a temperature of -5℃~25℃. If it is exposed to direct sunlight or high temperature for a long time, it is easy to lead to corruption and deterioration.
Advantages: using the foaming agent to produce foaming cement with less consumption, low cost, stable quality and other characteristics, each barrel of foaming agent (200kg) can produce foaming cement about 400 cubic meters, so it is widely used in floor heating engineering and roof insulation engineering, can significantly reduce the construction cost.
Disadvantages:
1. Because of the foaming agent made of foaming cement, its internal pores are connected, so the foaming cement has good air permeability and poor permeability resistance, and can not be used in anti-seepage engineering.
2. Compared with the foaming cement made by animal foaming agent under the same density, its thermal insulation performance and compressive strength are slightly damaged, so the application in some projects with special requirements is limited to a certain extent.
3. Due to the restriction of the stability of the plant foaming agent foam, the thickness of the foam cement poured in one time is generally not more than 200 mm, otherwise it is easy to appear surface collapse phenomenon.
